After extensive research truly the best deal going is likely a Dutch Netless and his most basic cinch buckle suspension (w/out the Dutch Clips). That setup will run about $60 plus delivery.

This is not only the most reasonably priced but you get to choose from a wide variety of material colors, types, weights. I just got my first Dutch last week and it is very well made. Mine was $46 delivered...doing my own suspension.

There are a lot of great vendors here, and I buy from several but the basic Dutch setup is really tough to beat.
