Another ASM in our Boy Scout troop has one. He seems to like it pretty well - he has several tarps but I see the Nube about half the time he's hanging. I remember he did have trouble once with rain coming in the suspension sleeve.

I was in a storm last year, torrential down pours for about 6hrs with 50 mph wind gusts, the nube held up fantastic and I stayed completly dry, my only concern was some trees coming down. So it's pretty much bullet proof as tarps go but the downside is that yes it's heavy weighing right around 3lbs.
The weigh sucks and I only use mine when I know it's gunna rain or the bugs are out in droves, mosquitos love me so the bug net is nice. They do get some flak on here but I think there worth it 100%
