Difference between newest version of DoubleNest and older?

Hey guys.
Looking to get a doublenest.
There is an ebay seller that has the color combo I want, brand new, for a good price.
But he says it's an older version.

Does anyone know what the difference between this version and the newest version would be?
Are the ones sold on Amazon the newest ones?

Is it worth an extra $20 or so to get the newest version?

Get the old. Change out the cordage for some amsteel continuous loops, lose the biners and get a ridgeline with the extra 20

I am very new to this, so I had to google just about all of that haha.

What cordage on the Eno would I be changing out for the amsteel continuous loops?

Do the newer enos have better cordage?

The cordage that gathers the ends. No, all enos have heavy, subpar cordage, but can be a decent hammock with a few adjustments. I know you aren't looking for recommendations, but there are a few other options in the same price area that are FAR better in terms of quality, comfort and weight. you could whip up a tablecloth hammock for $12 that would be a better camping hammock than the doublenest

I've never heard anything but good things about ENO, and I have a single that I like.

I actually plan to use this one mostly as an indoor/porch hammock to sleep in.

Let me know of your number one suggestion for a hammock in the $100 or less range.

how tall are you? I'm 6'2" and never slept well in my eno doublenest. i learned later it's just too short to get a good nights sleep in. 11 foot hammocks are much better for sleeping in...at least at my height.

Dutch makes a nice hammock in the sub $100 range.
