I have the DD superlight and for an 11 foot hammock it's to small. It will work in diamond shape. The great thing about the DD tarps is the huge ammount of tie offs.
I keep learning and will never know enough.

    Silpoly tarp makers

Not sure if I am missing something but UGQ makes their tarps in several sizes including winter dream with doors, several options, your choice of colors, pole mods, silnylon and two different kinds of silpoly. I have a hangar 12 in silpoly and love !!!

Scratch that, just reread the OP. Consider it my 2cents on UGQ ;-)

I ended up contacting Squidbilly on here and after a few emails back and forth, he's making my custom tarp. Thanks for the suggestions!

All I can contribute....no matter who you get your silpoly tarp from...you are getting a great deal. I am currently hand sewing a replacement for mine....and I will never work with sil material again. Hand sewing is actually easier than machine...but sil is a nightmare to work with either way. I'm buying my next one from SLD.

Wow, hand sewing a tarp, that's awesome! And I thought I was old school for using a Nechhi Supernova on a treadle.

Just an update on the tarp from Squidbilly. It's perfect!! Super lightweight, around 9-10 ounces. It's exactly what I wanted.
