Yep. Myself and another forum member are hiking in about 7 miles to a trout pond in the Adirondacks. Looks to be great weather. Here's hoping for some tight lines.

Orienteering camp out with the scouts this weekend. New (to us) scout camp in central jersey with an orienteering course laid out and maintained by a local orienteering club (I didn't know that it's a sport). I'll be surprised if I hike more than five miles the whole trip. Luxury items, big camp chair, XLC, chocolate covered espresso beans.

Testing out my new Clark NX-270 Sun - Tue at the local state park. Will be hitting up their trails for 3+ miles at a shot....or double back to make it 6+ miles.

Yes. It has been sooo long. Just an overnighter, but it's MY overnighter.

I'm headed out to Wildcat Hollow (Wayne NF) either tomorrow after work or very early Sat. morning. There's a 15-16 mile loop that I plan on hiking twice.

My wife and I are headed to Rabun Bald in NE GA. Got a (roughly) 10 miler planned (see map). We'll probably take our two mutts.

We like to pack our hammocks and straps for day hikes. We try to pick a nice place to have lunch, and then just relax and nap in our hammocks before resuming our stroll. There's also a couple waterfalls along the way. Can't wait!

5 miles round trip, but I'll be driving 5 hours roundtrip to make that happen.
At least I'll be up on a hill with friends.

I'm hoping to, at least for a overnighter.. Due to wife's injury, have not gone anywhere since june..
Probably just walk in a bit , setup and sleep the whole time..lol..
We would be one step closer to world peace, if everyone slept in a hammock..
