UQ Logic check please

I think im going to DIY my UQ, but I want full length.
So after some digging on 40x54" and doing some math (1.1oz) , a 40x72" would be 1.375oz to reach the same 30deg rating, but im looking at going to a full 1.5oz. part that's not quite clear is the weight per baffle, or spread out thru the entire bag... I think its per baffle.

Goal is FL, 15deg, down UQ I can also use on the ground. I know my math +9% will not get me 15 more deg but I cant find decent logic on this. Please help?
