Usually the vendor has interest in getting a subforum, but I don't recall ever seeing any interest from EE.

The nice thing with EE is, that you can influence the price. If you pick 950FP down, it's understandably expensive. But then I don't think (many) other quilt makers offer that high fillpower down. A 30° Enigma XLong XWide with 800FP down is $280. The same quilt with 850FP costs $325, with 900FP $380, with 950FP $450. You decide how much you want to pay for saving a tiny bit of weight - and the main reason for higher prices seems to be the down.

Mine is 950. Loco Libre Gear offers 950 and has exceptional quality and is less expensive . Those chevron baffles make me happy.

If I understand the mod correctly it actually is the other way around. When there are a lot of posts they might open a subforum.
So feel free to post. : )

I believe the op question has been kicked around and answered but just in case let me repeat myself then close this thread.

"While some might perceive that sub forums are for vendors they are actually not. They are meant as a way to for the moderators to sort messages as we are going through them. EE is not even close to being something that needs to be sorted out by it's self. "
