My new Half-wit has been stolen!

I did my initial set up and hang of my shiny, ever so light Hexon 1.0 half-wit hammock in the hammock spot in my very own basement and enjoyed the fantastically soft fabric for a couple hours when I woke I found my hammock had been requisitioned by the infamous Squidge

Seriously though of all the many hammocks I've tried and sold over the years this one is the most instantly comfortable. This one's a keeper. I love the material and will be ordering more for the rest of the family and seasons. (That's at least 5 more)

The half-wit hammock, kid tested and dad approved

Someone looks comfortable. The half wit is a good choice in hammocks.

I like the idea of the half-wit. What are your thoughts on the bug net? Is it effective for you? Does it stay up off of your face? Some 1.0 Hexon in burnt orage might be calling my name

I actually slept in it down there last night and only use one side tie out. The netting was pretty well out of the way with it hooked up but comes down the sides far enough that I found it I my face while laying on my side. Had the other tie out been used or the netting deployed this definitely would not have been an issue. With it deployed and tied out it feels roomier than my HH ultralight backpacker and is over 8oz lighter with identical suspension (WB webbing). The half-wit plus the cuben Asym from hammock gear = me shopping for a smaller, lighter pack than my circuit. It's a vicious cycle
