image.jpgJust received my new HG top quilt. Hunter green outer, titanium grey inner. Sewn foot box, standard fill, med length. Just looking at it could not tell much difference from my 20 degree but once I got in the hammock with it, man it puffed up like a dead frog in the hot sun. This is a beautifully made quilt, not a stitch out of place. Took about 3 weeks to get it. I will stay warm in this. I sleep cold so my 20 was only good for me above 30 degrees. HG manes a mighty fine quilt.

Congrats. Report back in the fall when it gets cold and let us know how low you can take it. I'm the same way. The 20's take me to the mid 30's so hopefully the 0 will take you to at least the mid teens.
They do make some good gear. I recently got a Long Wide 20 degree but it has only gotten down to 35 since I got so I have not been able to give it a good test.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
Mmmm been waiting to pull the trigger on one of these -- I can only afford one quilt so curious to find out what warmer weather sleeping is like with the 0. I'm not that cold a sleeper, but I enjoy being really hot when I sleep ...

Congrats! I'm too much of a Enlightened Equipment fanboy to buy top quilts anywhere else, but HG has always been on my radar.
