Hey Shug - it doesn't look like your DIY BlackCrow has proper doors built into it. Maybe more like "just in case" doors?

I've been thinking of building an 11' tarp with "just in case" doors on it. You mention that you've got tieouts 24" in from the ends. How much distance do you have between those middle tieouts? Would love to see a video on the tarp itself and how you use it.

Yes, door flaps when needed. 40" between the middle tie outs. I would suggest using clips (bider clips, small clamps) to find the perfect spot if you make a tarp.
