I think flying tent not fix problem just add more function (poncho) and total parts in one.

Seems interesting, especially the poncho part. I don't think it will "fly" with serious hammock users, but it might be more popular with novices (like Eno). Do American patents apply to products made outside the USA?

USA pantents can use only in USA. But I am not sure when import from other countries.

If WIPO patents can use almost all countries. But very expensive.

Powerboil; you use a Hennessy Hammock yes? Is it the Asym hammock with the tie outs? If so, might it be possible to do that single pole going off each of the tie out locations, thus giving you the asym hang and able to lay on a diagonal? Could fiddle with the tarp set up that way too... as well as bug net.

Yes single middle pole can apply all tarp & hammock.

I appreciate designs that are modular or fulfill many different roles, but most of the time it ends up being a bad idea. Simple gathered end, "wind proof" hammock, tent hammock, bivy, poncho...all in one? I think that may be a stretch. Keep it simple for Pete's sake.

    Product design have 2-3 directions.
    1. Fix old problem
    2. Add more functions.
    3. Special version
