    Crash landing

Napping in a tablecloth factory hammock. Have used it for a while indoors. I weigh 233lbs.

When I swung my legs over edge to exit there was a ripping noise and I was on the floor. Hey, it's a $11 hammock - no harm no foul. But I also own a lightweight Dutchware, ripping that baby would break my heart.

I think it was how I exited. I think there was a lip and putting my legs over it put weight on the lip rather than full hammock. Any suggestions on exit etiquette to keep your hammock happy?

where was the rip located? How did it rip? (horizontally, diagonally, vertically) More info would help us figure out the causes
