Anyone with Geodesic Dome in Michigan?

I'm seriously thinking about building a geodesic dome with EMT conduit. This would be perfect for our family of 5 to hang in at campgrounds. I'm wondering though if there's anyone nearby us that has already built one that we could go and look at? I'd like to actually see one up close (an f2 type) to see how well our hammocks would hang in them and just get a feel for how much room is in there before we go to all the work of making one. Most of the pics I've seen show hammocks attached RIGHT at ends and I'm wondering if an 11 foot hammock would have enough room to hang with the appropriate sag angle?

Also, for those who have built one, what machinery did you use to flatten the ends? I'd like to do them with a rounded edge but am not sure where to go to find a die with a curved edge.

Two men enter... one man leaves.... the other hanging in a hammock sleeping I think most people just flatten the ends with a hammer or a press. Hydraulic presses with dies would work pretty good, but the simpler/home method is to just bang away with a hammer, before drilling the connection holes. Could use angle grinder and then belt sander to make the curved ends after flattening them.
Size-wise, I think there are two different strut lengths for the triangles? You say you're looking to have 5 hammocks hanging?

Actually the curve I was referring to isn't at the very end, but rather the press at the end is curved away from the inside of the strut. This is pictured HERE under Step #6.

My husband does have a bench vise but I'm not sure it would stand up to that many struts. We may try that though.
