Today I received my 4th order from Dutch, I was missing a spider but I received 2 sew on dutch clips in error. I called and Dutch answered told him about situation and he tells me he'll take care of it for me. I offered to send the extra items back and he said to enjoy them. I've been lurking here for over 2 years. I thought that I'd finally join just to add my voice to the chorus. Dutch thank you.
Yes, Dutch and all the other cottage vendors that many of us use around here are a special group of guys and gals. Most of them go out of their way to make our ordering experiences easy and smooth and we really appreciate it. This is why we return to them time and time again.

Dutch is special. He even sends return envelope + postage with replacement, if you ever need to send anything back.

Being new myself and living close to Dutch, I reached out to him when I first decided it was time to get gear. He's a great guy, took time to show me how things worked with different setups and helped my kids and I get into great setups that work for us. Haven't dealt with any of the other vendors yet, but if I need something and Dutch carries it, I know where I'm going
Whenever i need a new piece of gear i allways check our cottage venders first, we have some of the worlds best venders here and i feel that they deserve our loyalty, most of them have earned it.Dutch is one of them!
If all businesses did business like our cottage vendors, they would have loyal customers forever. I have never had service like I have had as a hammock hanger; it has been a wonderful experience.
