you just need to remember to either bring pork tenderloin or half and half.

Better watch out for that MacEntyre guy. He'll have you laying in a Speer, wrapped up in a PeaPod, and totin' a Molly MacPack before you know what's happening. 'Course, that wouldn't be so bad.

I might even convince someone to wear a kilt!

Doug, we just had chicken with goat cheese baked in your mustard sauce... it was delicious!

    Hey new guys,
I'm a little late chiming in on this one, but I'm sure someone in the state can introduce you to the most comfortable camping you'll ever experience. I'm in Simpsonville, just south of Greenville.
I have the Hennessy Expedition Asym with the 2Q/ZQ Zipper Mod, two double layer 1.7 oz Warbonnet Blackbirds, Speer Snugfit underquilts, MacCat Deluxe and Ultra tarps. I don't have two trees to hang from, but I know where there are some.
PM me sometime if you're going to be up this way.
I won't be able to do the Mt Rogers hang, but if you want to try it, don't let the lack of equipment stop you. I'll do whatever I can to outfit you and there will be plenty of people there to show you the ropes.

Thanks everyone for the input and to DougTheElder and swampfox for the generous offers! It seems like you two like to keep a well stocked gear closet

In the same boat in regards to pre-holiday business, and unfortunately we have a conflict with the Mt. Rogers dates, but don't be surprised if a PM comes ya'lls way after New Year's.

It's an addiction and once smitten, there is no cure.
All you can do is treat the symptoms and buy more gear.

FWIW, with the exception of the Hennessy and one Blackbird, all my hanging gear was purchased second hand from people on this site.
