During the last trip I did, I ended up just changing under the Superfly with it pitched in storm mode because there was so many people where we were camping at. It wasn't the easiest way of going about it by any means, but it was manageable.

I just go for it. If you don't like what you see . . . don't look.
I generally don't camp where there are many, if any, people so never been an issue for me.
If I am hiking in a kilt it is no issue. Sleep pants/shorts on then the kilt comes off....reverse in the morning - Kilt on then remove whatever I wore to sleep in.
Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to use it in a fruit salad.
Listened to HYOH episode by women guest, I now use a poncho to change cloths, whether camping or going kayaking/fishing.
Any day in the Bush is better than a day at work!
You lost all cents of modesty, I will not be looking, just saying.

I generally have no issues lying in my hammock and changing most of my clothes. Standing may be more comfortable but as others have said, their issue if they peep. Make it a new skill of yours by changing lying in your hammock.
After 4 back surgeries, modesty is an afterthought, dang bunch of nurses have seen all of me more than once, seeing me change clothes would probably bother others more than me.I also tend to be warmer when I sleep nude with a cover, than clothed.
I've been camping and doing festivals all my life. It might be the people I camp and festival with that don't seem to care. I change where ever and when ever. Now I'm not usually in family campgrounds so there's that factor as well. Being a earlier riser gives me time as well to do my changing.

When my kids were toddler and younger I used to worry about it at first, but toddlers don't care and I got used to them just barging in whenever, and as a parent, you have to know what they're getting into, so closing the door want even an option never mind locking it. once they were older, they cared more than I did, and they made sure to not have to un-see things. When camping if there's no one around, I don't have to care. If there are people around, and my tarp is in porch mode, or hung low, I'll get dressed right in the hammock... Yeah it's a pain, but pants over legs, feet down, butt up, slide pants over hips, done.
