It's easier putting on and taking off clothes when standing erect so I'm curious how others manage when it's impossible to stand upright under a tarp.
Other than sitting on the edge of your hammock how else do any of you manage to dress or undress?

In general:
1. If I'm alone in the woods: just go for it!
2. If I'm with a few people: step away from camp and change.
3. If I'm with a bunch of people: one of those fools has a tent... borrow it to change.
If someone wants to watch me changing clothes then they deserve the brain damage they will get from watching.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
Thats one reason like the 10×12 tarp to porch out.
Agree, if I'm out with a bunch I drop the porch down and change. Otherwise it's part of the camping experience.
+1. IF you see something, that's your problem. I typically just sit in my hammock and change, and I've usually taken the precaution to guy my fly down farther, so if you look, it's at your own risk.
Slowly swaying in a hammock is my version of a steady morphine drip, without the risk of renal failure.
In my Safari I got enough headroom to change in my hammock. In my XLC I guess I will just have to agree with gunner76.
Okay I can agree, follow suit, with what you fellows are saying but it seems like you're taking it for granted that the weather is decent.
So not to be argumentative but how about when it's raining 'cats and dogs', or when the temperature is below freezing,...and maybe snowing?
I crouch slightly.
