Ha haaaa! The fact that you wouldn't part with it for the world tells me that's definitely the one I want. Thanks for confirming that for me.
Yep, it's pretty nice. I like the opening mechanism a lot better than the Bear Vault. So far I have used it for 2-3 day trips. Next month will be a 4 day trip. I think that will push the limits on it.

A much lighter option is the Ursak (http://www.ursack.com) but the National Park Service here in the US has a schizophrenic view on these where some parks accept them as an approved 'bear resistant container' and others don't.
They've been in pretty high demand for years now. I've seen other posts from years ago of people looking for them, and can only assume from them that they have run out at other times too. There's no requirement for a canister where I am, despite the bears, but I like the ease of just tossing it somewhere, rather than hanging my food. Too, I prefer my food not crushed, so the Ursack, although weight appealing, is not totally appealing to my needs. Personal preference, and knowing myself well have gone into my decision. Besides, I like to travel and discover other lands, so it's good to be prepared if I end up somewhere where it is required. If I can't find one used, April 25th is only a month away.

Good to know! I don't eat what others seem to eat while camping, so from what I know of my needs, I was thinking it would be perfect for me for at least a 10 day trip, maybe even 2 weeks, since I could put staples in it and then forage like I normally do for the rest. I used to fill a 5lb bag for two weeks without foraging, and it was way too much food. But then I know the hard sides will make a difference too. We'll see how realistic I'm being once I get one!

I wish it had, but no, not yet. Is there a time limit?

Not my ad and I don't even know the seller, but I read up on bear canisters after seeing your post earlier and so this was on my mind. Hope it works out.
