Friday, 03/25. The Weather Channel showed an orange cell pass over Salt Spring last night! How was it where you were?
I finished up early, I passed Salt Springs Wednesday morning. I saw the forecast too but I think I would have had just some strong rain.

Yep, I had one sub 20 mile day. I wish I would have done another though, which would have actually been in Salt Springs. Are you still planning on doing that trip in May?

I enjoyed meeting you and your family as well, I hope I didn't wake you guys on the way out. Come to the hangs at hidden Pond and I'll likely be there.
It was a good hike, my one big bit of advice is on the Hopkins Prarie section to make sure you take lots of water. I had 3 liters and needed more by the time I hit the 88 store. Next time I would either stop at Salt Springs for a water resupply or for the night (6 mile round trip). There will be no chances to resupply with water from Salt Springs until the 88 store.
