    I think I want a Solo Stove. I've also seen a knock-off version.

Never thought I'd say this, but mine's a chair. It's a little Helinox chair one type chair. Sets up in seconds and makes rest stops much more restful. If I were doing more hiking than camping I would do without it but since most of my trips right now devolve into camping trips, I bring the chair.

I bought their ground chair which is a little lighter and packs smaller, but I have yet to take it out. I can't seem to get over the space it takes vs. my stansport stool which takes up zero space (straddles the pack). But it's SOOO comfortable, I need to make an effort.

I felt the same way about my Alight Mayfair, but these old bones really love the back support. For me, well worth the extra weight ( I'm leaving the extra front leg home these days!). If the packs a bit full, it attaches nicely to the outside of the pack!

I leave the bag at home and just strap it under the strap that holds down the top of my pack. Saved me about 4 ounces and it's always within easy reach.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, right under the lid. I'll probably give it a try on my next trip.
