Couples of good suggestions, thx ! I will try to hang the foot end higher, sounds like à good idea and if its not working, the clips on the TQ and the hammock will probably be my next step.

ditto others on net integrated so nothing can spill/fall out and/or make sure your quilt has a good footbox keeps feet in and the around the neck snap keeps it on the shoulder
what you need, is to gather your hammock differently. Using a whipped technique, pull the edges on both ends out about 2-3". this will create a small but rigid 'side wall' that make your feet and head (and TQ!) falling out virtually impossible.
I'll post a detailed explanation of my gather method here on the forums in the future. This is the way I gather all Sheltowee hammocks. it's a simple and effective fix that gives the user confidence to flip and flop and intuitively know where the edges are.

Tie two short lengths of cord to the head and foot end of the TQ and attach them to your SRL. Won't stop the edges coming untucked, but your TQ won't hang down in the mud, or fall out when you exit.
Salut,
Some hammocks hold the bag better than others. I did not see what kind of hammock you are using.

I thought everybody did that. It's the only way I can keep my TQ from falling out of my hammock when I'm getting in or out. Plus, my TQ has a footbox, so once I am in my hammock, there's no way my TQ could fall out, at least at the foot end.
My hammock has an integrated bug net, but often it's totally unzipped.

Salut Shug ! I'm curently using a Dutchware Half-Wit. Last night my sleeping bag didnt fall off, but I woke up in the same position so I think I didnt move at all. But when moving, the foot end of my sleeping bag is sliping slowly over the edge of the hammock.
