===> I'm in. Need to get a latch fixed on my kayak rack by then, but its on the calendar. Let's float and fish! Hope the Black Flies are gone by then!

This is the weekend after our hang in the same area. We'll have to check our schedule.
Where are you starting and ending on this trip?
This could be high water at this time.

More details please. Start point city (closest), End point city, where camping? Only 2 days? Permits or stickers needed for kayaks/canoes? etc.

ME>Kayak trip-Third annual Saco River Hang , Memorial Day weekend

All details will be worked out in here. Some will start Friday some will start Saturday. No permits needed unless fishing. The date is negotiable but this is one that some regulars can make. I certainly don't want to conflict with the burning man hang. As far as water being high ,this date is in-between the last two Saco hangs early May was too high but doable early June was low also doable. We could move it back a couple weeks or pick a more Southern river/water.

Not much snow this year so far. Water level might not be so bad.

How were the bugs on the Saco when you last did it in May?

Nothing half a can of deep woods Off every hour or two couldn't handle.

Thanks for the heads up Jerry. Bit of a drive for me at present, but that trip we did couple seasons ago is one of the bars I rate other trips by!
