I bought these, and tried to use them with my tarp but they just are not quite big enough diameter at the opening and too much taper. So hopefully someone else can use them. I didn't personally measure, but the specs from Hennessy website is as follows; Packed Weight: 2.3 oz / 60 g, Packed Size: 6" x 6.5" x 0.6", Dimensions: 82" - 84" long, 210 cm, Fabric: 30 D silnyon, Color: Coyote brown. $15 shipped CONUS. I will also entertain a trade for a silnyon double sided stuff sac that will fit my JRB 10x11 tarp. I am thinking the original stuff sac is about 4 1/2'' dia by maybe 9" long. (sorry for the guessing, I am at the office, and it's at home)
