I'm going for an AHE Hammock chair as well. Hoping my standard hammock suspension will retro I've (Kevlar, to amsteel leader, loop alien to CL). If not, I'll probably try a set of dynaglide whoopies..
Yes, my pack weighs 70lbs, but it's all light weight gear....

Check out Mountain Wilderness Gear. His UL Hammock is 11 ft long, weighs 10 oz with suspension, and packs down to the size of a softball.
Super, super soft as well.
Check out my AHE Hammock chair in action in Red River Gorge atop of Eagles Nest. Thanks Paul!

Also, I just finished my EDC Hammock today. I went with the Hummingbird Single and used some DIY UCRs with Whoopie Hooks and Dutch Clips.

See a post about the UCRs HERE.
The UCRs fit right in the attached hammock pouch and the whole setup comes in at 7.4oz (209g).

It also slides into my driver door cup holder quite nicely.

Overall the final outcome is really small and fairly light. I'm really happy with the turn out. Here it is set up on my porch:

My EDC "cheapo" is basically an ENO-clone... however, this one, unlike the ENO/GTs, is a single piece of fabric the way most cottage vendors make theirs, so, less flappage-in-yer-face. I'm using toggles on $4, 12' load straps from Harbor Freight with the ratchets cut off [this was mostly because the hammock is orange and so are the HF straps... gotta be stylin'!]
....branded "White Mountain"/$20 at Ocean State Job Lot/and (very curiously) 10'4" fabric length
I find that for casual napping and lounging the length makes far less difference than for a sleeper. I suspect this is why so many ENOs get sold.

Find me on my blog Moosenut Falls https://moosenutfalls.wordpress.com/
I have a Hummingbird with Hummingbird suspension (and extensions)...I just added a couple of Dutch hooks for around the tree.
