    My Sincerest Apologies To UGQ

Last week I went on a rant about UGQ and a tarp that was being made for me.

Without going into details, I was the one at fault, not UGQ.

I should have handled it better in contacting UGQ directly rather than using HF as a mouthpiece for my frustration.

A second lesson I learned is to never, ever type an email while angry. I had just woken up when I typed that post and knew the second when I pushed enter that I had messed up.

To their credit, the UGQ response to me was very professional, quite unlike my initial post.

So I want to offer my sincere apologies to UGQ and the HF forum. It will never happen again.

As a side note, I did receive my new Winter Dream tarp yesterday and it rocks. Top-notch stitching and design.

I am heading out this weekend to test and will post some pictures.

    My Sincerest Apologies To UGQ

I'm sure UGQ and the forum will be quick to accept your apology. It takes a big person to admit wrongdoing, Thanks for stepping up!

On a lighter note, my 12' Winter Dream arrived yesterday. I'm also looking forward to tricking it out with the Dutch bling already in hand

Good luck with your new gear!

It's great to see you step up like that, most people would just disappear. Glad to hear you got it all straightened out with them.. I want my 12' WD, waiting is so hard for an impatient person ..

Well good on you for this follow up. Paul is a good guy and I understand what it is like when a customer treats the forum like a public email. In the end both of you handled it well. I bet you will love your tarp.
    Peace Dutch

Very nice of you! It's always refreshing to see how close a community this forum and the vendors are.

Thank you for turning around and hopping onto the high road. It is easy for people to just hop online and spew forth their anger with little regard for the end recipient.

You will enjoy your tarp. They make great products.
