New Shop for Hammocks and DUTCHWARE-Gear in Europe

Most people know that 42 is the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe and everything but do they also know that there is a shop for hammocks and DUTCHWARE-Gear in Europe?

    Well, yes there is!
Let me introduce to you my online-shop "Dendronaut-Hammocks" for handcrafted hammocks, supplies and DUCHWARE-Gear. Actually it's been online almost a year but I first started to offer the products to people in Germany just because that is where my shop is located. Now I would like to give the opportunity to hangers from other countries of the EU to get Bridge-Hammocks and titanium stuff without annoying customs procedures. The shop is only available in German for now but you will find a translate button at the bottom of each site which should help.

Key product to me is the "KOMA" Bridge Hammock. KOMA might sounds a little harsh but exactly that was my initial thought when I fell into sleep the first time and so I stuck to that name... Its construction is based on typical BH models like the Grizz-Bridge but has got a customized cut with a wider spread at the head end. The spreader bars are separable aluminium poles which can be nested like a Russian doll so that you only have to care about one peace. The KOMA has pockets on each side inspired by the saddlebags from Warbonnet. You can choose between different colours and one model with on-sewn bug-netting and one without.

Another hammock that I offer is the "NAUTILUS", a simple single layer Gathered End model. Also, you will find accessories like suspension systems, Tarp-Ridglines, Tarp Sleeves and so on.

What I'm particularly happy about is that I'am the official retailer of DUTCHWARE-Gear in Europe so it's available again on this side of the pond. I offer a selected assortment of Dutch's titanium stuff but I'm open-minded to expand the selection by your suggestions. Did you now that Dutchware also works great with dyneema rope which is available in Europe?

All products are made by myself (well, except DUTCHWARE ) with heart and mind. I only use high quality materials and I'm always looking for better. The idea is to produce decent products, light but durable for a long-term use. I will expand the product range constantly and will hopefully offer Tarps and UQ soon.

Feel free to visit my shop on www.dendronaut-hammocks.com. Comments and questions are welcome!

I once hiked with a girl named 42 and I thought she was the answer to the ultimate question in the universe. However she said it was a lazy way of writing LIZ.

LOL, I'll have to tell my wife Liz that. Or maybe she already knows...

I guess that everybody will have met his personal LIZ someday in his life but maybe not such a creative one :-)
