Are you asking about the APEX UQ kit from RBTR? You choose which APEX weight you want in the kit - 2.5, 3.6, 5.0, 7.5, or 10. You order the stuff and make it yourself (or get someone to do it for you).
I just made one with APEX 5.0 insulation and HyperD shell. I posted about it here:
