They have had problems in the past with their email system, specifically with Gmail addresses not receiving their responses. I'd give then a call.

I have sent you a email back every time you have sent one and it returns back to me, some gmail address don't get our answers back that is why i got on the contact page to put your phone # in the info so if this happens i can call you. Don't know why and it is not all gmail but a few cant get my respond back give me a call my # is listed on the site..
