Hey From Canada Eh?

Total newb here but I love canoe tripping and interior camping. In recent years the whole sleeping on the ground thing has really lost it's lustre. You can call it old age I prefer to call it wisdom.

Anyway I was perusing the online world and somehow came across this whole idea of hammock camping. Actually I think it was probably Shug and his extremely entertaining (and informative) YouTube videos that first sucked me in. So I thought 'what the hay. Let's check out this place they call the hammock forums'.

So here I am in all my newb glory looking forward to learning something and maybe trying out a new and exciting way of experiencing the woods.
