It chinches up fine it's just loose right under my hamstring. I have the suspension pretty tight also. I guess I just don't have it dialed in yet, I'm not sure if adjusting it more toward my head would work. It was plenty warm everywhere else except that one spot. Any ideas?

Awesome banana. Another seam Ripper. So is there an easier way I'm missing to rip these seams? I ripped r squares on the footbox and it took 20 mins. Sore neck too.
I would rather be in the woods... my dog would rather be in the pool. My wife thinks we are both nuts.

I cut the thread every half square. So at all points where the two threads cross and then halfway down the square. Then I just pulled it out. It makes some big holes but honestly it doesn't leak.

You could try loosening the primary end suspension a bit. Sometimes too tight creates gaps. Otherwise, look for pinballwizard's quilt build. He did both the draft collar and the UQP, and he has zero issues with his.

I follow canahangs method. Basically rip the seams at the end both top and bottom, grab the thread on one side and pull. It will bunch up the throw, you can then flip it over and rip the seam about 10 inches down, and repeat the process.

I stopped at the local Costco today and looked to see if they had any left. No dice. They seem to think it's summer and bathing suits and beach stuff have replace the cold weather garb. Maybe I'll talk to the manager next time and ask where quilts go to die.

I bought the last 2 at my costco this last weekend for $14.97 each. I have 2 top quilts made (planning on doubling for cold weather) i have 4 more seam ripped and cut just waiting for my wife to sew them up. Haven't tested 2 together yet but i bet 1 will get down to 40's, hopefully 2 down to 30 degrees. Love these quilts!
