Dutch, just when I think 3.3 Kevlar is the Holy Grail; you do this to me. Dutch Bad!, but in a good way.
You know I want some; and yes, I probably will order some and yes, I will use it with Ti cinch buckles. Have used the 3.3 Kevlar for 35 nights, held well (make sure it is not twisted and do a slippery half hitch behind buckles); Not recommended by Dutch, so do it at your own risk. Now to calculate how much more weight I can save with these (hands now rubbing together in an evil way).

7' hugger, 6' lead, hammock anchor. 28g. It really is scary how light and low bulk these straps are. Just waiting on speed hooks 2.0 Dutch... two weeks right

How does the 2.2 Kevlar work with spiders?

Seems that 3.3 and Spiders don't get along really well, so 2.2 is almost certainly a no-go.

I'm afraid 2.2 and spiders are a no go. I hope to develop a buckle that works specifically with kevlar.

Be careful here! If you keep developing a better product every two weeks we will just always be waiting for that to come out and end up never buying anything.

Who makes that hammock anchor? I have looked at trying those. I some on bias website. But I wondered if it degrades the integrity of the amsteel chord. What is your experience?
