    Lamzac Hangout-an option for hammock?

WooHoo on order for Father's Day for me! $59 from Amazon and free shipping with Prime. Much cheaper and comes with a drink holder, pocket, and raised pillow end.

WooHoo: Inflatable Lounger Air Filled Balloon Furniture with Carry Bag. Inflates in Seconds. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DTLR8QK..._U8Hsxb2VRFBHY

There are cheaper Chinese knockoffs for around $35 also on Amazon but the WooHoo comes from a USA based company that can also repair them if they get punctured. Their website doesn't say they are made in US though, but at least they stand behind their product.

Wow, there are quite a few brands out there. If this thing is half as comfortable as it looks I imagine the folding chair market is in trouble.

We had one at Hammock Home/Burning Men Hang last weekend. It was a hoot, and pretty comfortable to boot. Saw a lot of folks taking a try out.
It was from one of our community on here who makes his own brand of hammock chair, and now has these on his site... >> http://www.2toutdoors.com/

It seems like these need an anchor point somewhere so you can stake them down and keep them from blowing away.
I would think that could be a real issue on a beach.

Some come with anchor points and some don't. The WooHoo does have one D ring.

Sorry to take so long, but they came last week and I wanted to give it some time.

    Pros:
    Simplicity.

Comfort. Like a Hammock it takes some fiddle factor, but once you figure it out, ALL GOOD!

Light weight. Small and lighter than my camp chairs.

Double lined. Has a plastic inner lining. So 2 ply. Seems tough. Has stood up to my puppy so far. She has even hit it with small pointy sticks and it stood up to them no problem. I will use tyvek on rough rocky surfaces. Like at the Drive In this weekend.

    Cons:
Price. That being said very happy with them

Here is a new theme to Hammock Forums. Condensation. Sweat allot in it, even though I have been doing allot of lolly gagging with the puppy in the yard. I am outside, so has not bothered me yet.

Fool factor: there is a learning curve on how to fill these, and then sit so you don't pop off the other side. Filling is not as easy as the dude makes it seem in the video, but turns out you do not need to fill them to the brim. Have patience at first. You will get it.

Last con is more of a personality thing. I am no Shug so I am apprehensive to bust these out In public. Once I get more proficient filling them I will be more comfortable doing so.

Over All I am extremely happy with them. My wife, daughter, and I all took them for a spin together this past weekend in the shade and we were all we very comfortable. The Lamzac does not have the bells and whistles as the others, but if I need to tie it down I could rig something with the buckle and a stake. Big thumbs up here. Hope it helps get my daughter out hiking with me this summer.

I went over to a friends house who just happened to have a couple of these and they were actually pretty comfortable. I know you can get them on Alibaba for like 28$.

I thought these weighed like 3lbs. Is that really lighter than your camp chair?

I had the opportunity to try one out while motorcycling in TN. My friend had one. I can't tell you if it's comfortable or not. We watched all the videos, and spent over an hour trying to fill it up with air. Never got beyond the "flat as a pancake" stage. Obviously not my cup of tea.

So I have been thinking about these for a bit now. I have a supplier lined up but I keep coming up short when I go to pull the trigger on an order. Just not sure.
