Whew..... Just now getting caught up....

I must start by echoing everyone's thanks to so many people who helped in large and small ways, from preparing feasts to wiping off a counter. THANK YOU!!

Thank you also to whoever it was that put a tank of gas in my car. (Dutch? Stormcrow?) That was certainly a pleasant surprise!

HangCon isn't all the great things that happen there; HangCon is just a place in time. People, HangCon participants, and the great things they do, are what's great about HangCon. Thank you all!

Thank you to everyone who donated or bought a raffle ticket. HangCon couldn't happen without your contribution. On that point, we all owe a big thank you to the vendors who support HangCon. Please support them. Check out their websites. Maybe you don't need something from all of them, but you can at least like their Facebook pages. Let's all show them some love.

THANK YOU ALL FOR ATTENDING, HELPING, PARTICIPATING, HANGING OUT AND MAKING HANGCON SUCH A TREMENDOUS SUCCESS!!!

He came home and pulled that thing out at least three times to show off to different people. He was so proud. I hope I can find a way to bring that kind of joy.

You and your grandson are very welcome. Seeing the look on his face when I gave him the hammock was priceless. Thank you for bringing your grandson to the hang and I hope to see you both again.

It was a great time in the woods. I went on the Juniper Springs and the Silver Springs kayak trips. These were very beautiful rivers which were very different from each other. I uploaded photos to the drop box. (Can everyone view the drop box or should I post some pics here?) I took about 100 photos, mostly of kayaking, so check them out.

I think those who can't wait for the drone video would really like to get a glimpse here.

I've been to a bunch of hammock hangs, but this was my 1st Florida hang.
It was crazy impressive. Besides the level of organization, the people were just amazing.
Thanks to all who put this together.

On another note, on a hike around Doe lake I found a knife.
If you lost one PM me with details, and if it's yours I'll send it to you
