BTW, I have to apologize, my scales won't weigh these things, it don't register at all with a loofah on it.

I tried this out and it works great. Not the most durable but for a buck no complaints here!

Thanks for the video. Got one from a friend that tore but think for $1 I'm gonna try another one for myself.

Tried it, but it ripped in several places with the first use, even with me being careful. My wife tells me you can get these of varying quality (thickness of material). Maybe that is the key to the equation...

I have been using these for several years and yes they do vary a little in thickness and quality. I have some I have used over 2 seasons. They still work pretty well with some fairly big holes ripped in them. My only observation, sometimes pine needles get stuck in it if you happen to let your tarp or hammock hit the ground in theses. Not much to whine about for a dollar. Oh, and yOu have several colors to choose from, just not camo....

I keep thinking I will eventually upgrade to real skins, but I just don't see any reason to change. At a dollar a year it might take a couple of decades to reach the price of "real" snakeskins.
And even if you saw it yourself, you wouldn't believe it

This is awesome! I have been wanting to make my own but lack a thread injector to purchase the DIY material. Looks like I'll be picking up a loofah in my near future. Thanks!

Very nice! I was wondering if it would stretch big enough to be like a slug.
