Sounds great! I can't wait for this trip for some much needed time in the outdoors. I'm planning on being at the trailhead by 10 a.m. on Saturday morning. I'm hoping to get camp set up rather quickly and do some fishing in the afternoon and much relaxing that evening. I just need to get home and get my TQ finished before Saturday!!
Hey everyone, I ended up going this morning but way too much snowpack and was having difficulties getting to the trailhead even in my wrangler. A couple of us are heading to Cross Creek Trail in Minturn if you want to join us. I'm leaving Leadville now.

Hey everyone, Skeet and I did get out that weekend for an overnighter out in Minturn. This fall back plan actually worked out beautifully as we were able to hike about 3 miles of the Cross Creek Trail and found a superb hanging spot beside the creek. I put together this little video to take you guys and gals along but keep in mind, this is my first ever video I've done so please help me out by providing some comments!!
