Simply Light Designs Winter Haven tarp

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with Jared from Simply Light Designs and my Winter Haven tarp.

I ordered a Winter Haven tarp made from Xenon Sil from him late Monday morning Christmas week. I was expecting that it would take a couple weeks, but got an email from him shortly later that he would be starting on it later that day. He had it finished and shipped by Tuesday afternoon and I received it before Christmas. Not only was he unbelievably fast but his workmanship on the tarp is excellent and he even seem sealed the ridge line and side pullouts.

I've made several orders from SLD and have had the same excellent experience every time. I highly recommend trying SLD if you haven't, one of my favorite vendors from all the great ones I've dealt with that I've found through Hammockforums.

Hello neighbor to the west! Glad you like your new Winter Haven. I've had mine for about a year and I can't stress enough how Jared sets the bar high in vendor communication, quality and speediness of delivery. I just had mine out for the weekend in northern Michigan and really tested it out with some high winds Saturday night.

Fantastic. Yesterday I bought the same thing with all of the add-ons. My expectation for lead time was 3-4 weeks. Surprisingly Jared emailed today and told me the tarp would be finished by the end of the day. We discussed a few options for the tarp, and just a minute ago I got an email stating the tarps been shipped. Unbelievable service and I'm sure the quality will match it.

Adding my 2cents at this point seems redundant! But I cannot agree more about Jared's craftsmanship and customer service. I have ordered several things from Simply Light and have never been disappointed.
