AMBUSH(full length 20°) vs LYNX (full length 20°) for a Warbonnet Ridgerunner

AMBUSH(full length 20°) vs LYNX (full length 20°) Which would you choose for a Warbonnet Ridgerunner and why?

Not sure about the ambush but I have a Lynx full length 20 degree and love it. It fits the hammock like a glove and is super warm.

You can't go wrong with either. My ambush fits perfect and from what I've read so does the lynx.

I used to have an AMBUSH - have not had a LYNX.
My problem with the AMBUSH was that my 6'4" body fills the entire length of the RR. The head end elastic of the LYNX came a little short of full length and the foot end came a little short at that end as well. That meant that the shock cord adjustments at each end, when pulled tight enough to seal out drafts, made a very uncomfortable ridge at my neck and ankles. In looking at pictures I fear the LYNX would fit much the same. I have thought about trying the partial length LYNX but I expect I would still get the ridge at the neck.
Both quilts get a lot of praise from their owners but I suspect most are under 6' tall.

I have a lynx, and just ordered and ambush for my wife. Once I receive the ambush I will review the differences of both. Should be a fun month!

I have both and you get just a little, but not much, more downie coverage with the ambush in the corners not that it makes much difference. With UGQ,s. You get more color options, more fabric options, more options even if you want to customize the length if it were needed. Both quilts are same size and also with UGO, he has already at the foot end, created the suspension for venting the quilt. And sometimes you will get your order quicker at UGQ. And you also have choice of what size of down to use ar UGQ. The Lynx is a great quilt and fits as perfect as the ambush. Thats the differences I see. As both quilts, if, at the head end, add some 1/4 loops of bungie to the clips and will increase the width for your pillow or head. Every quilt you buy, no matter whom it is off of, needs your expertise in adjusting to fit your needs. Experiment for comfort.
