    Sorry for no response I figured I would be notified if there was a response to my reply. The 20 mile mark narrows it down. Have you looked at the trail of tears?

    Yes, if you mean Trail of Tears State Forest near Jonesboro, that's actually the only place I've hammock camped so far. That was in September.

    I've been enjoying hanging at Panther Den lately. There's a loop around the park, about 4-5 miles, that is enjoyable and fairly scenic. Also, if you go north straight into the center of the park (rather than around the loop)there are some fantastic rock formations and small waterfalls. I'll usually go around the loop, come back to the start, then shoot the 1.5 miles to the rocks at the interior.

    Cool, thanks! Panther Den is one place that had been on my radar, I'll have to check it out.
