My ski trip fell thru for this weekend so i was thinking of starting the new year right by going out camping, maybe leave friday morning the 1st , and comiong home i dunno when, as always, everyone is invited to join in .

Where's the I & M Canal located?
The campsite is 3.2 miles southwest along the trail from Channahon state park in Channahon Il.. It is not marked on any map but if you pull up the I&M trail map is right near mile marker 48 near mc kinley woods.
