    For cook sets, I've found:

Snowpeak 450lm: ultra compact but enough for coffee and even every dehydrated meal I've ever tried (most require around 350ml)

Toaks 600mL: same as above with a little extra wiggle room

    1.5L+: melting snow

It really depends on what you're cooking. And for how many people. But you won't find me scrambling eggs or frying bacon in the backcountry. I'm a "just add water" person.

Yea I have been looking at the Toaks ti 550ml pot. This pot fits a 4oz gas cartridge and a small stove. Thats perfect for what I need it for..

Same thing happened to me with whoopie slings. The way I use mine now is I'll tighten them to where I want them, then I'll put a slippery half hitch in it. Never had a problem with slippage after that. Easy enough to undo in the morning too.

Yea I cut mine up and made extra loops and soft shackles. I just ordered the Dutch Ti cinch buckle, 15' straps, Ti Dutch clips.
