One good thing, Tents are easy to sell on White Blaze or EBay.

Predictions are risky, especially when it comes to the future.
Welcome to the forum! I've posted a while back that I've NEVER slept sooo.. good as I do in my hammock.
My wife still doesn't understand why I want to sleep out on the deck EVERY night in it, but she does see that I wake up refreshed and energized each morning.
I agree with Gargoyle, throw out your bed and put up a couple of eye bolts in the bedroom and go for it full time! You'll never regret it.

Welcome to the forum sir.
Having had a sports accident and messed up L2 and L3, pain reduction was the thing that most turned me away from the ground. A good nights sleep was the second, and watching others get wet during the rain while I sat "high and dry" was the third. There are many other reasons I could give but for me, these are enough.
I did go back to the ground once and I had to crawl to a local tree to help get me back to my feet. (I am not a weeble)
Don't lurk. Lots of great people here.
Happy Hanging!
