Want to find a campground suitable for hammocks above Kernville.
A couple of us are heading to Sequoia by way of Kernville. Thursday 9/10/15 is when we'll be up that way looking to hang for the night. Join us that night or the next day as we ride through the mountains.
Sure would be nice to have tried and true hammock spot, but we're going anyway.

Did you find any spots?
I spent a summer hammocking in Sequoia National Forest while doing my masters thesis. Here are the spots I've hanged at: Big Meadows, Long Meadow, any place near the trail of 100 Giants, and Nelson Creek. Campsites near all those places. Check 'em out when you can.
