    Dutch hook design flaw

While insalling a Dutch hook on a new tarp ridgeline for a friend I noticed a major design flaw.

Well, to be more clear, I noticed the design flaw right after I dropped the hook on some grey carpet, but the fact is no one told me the hooks where prone to vanishing! That little oversight turned a ten minute job into an hour long odyssey!

Dutch, you need to put a lojack on those things or something.

Honestly, thanks for making amazing products Dutch, every piece of Dutchware I aquire instantly becomes indispensable.

You should have seen the look on the cutters face when I told him how small I want to make a hook....out of titanium.

Lol, yeah I bet! I'm guessing you didn't make a friend that day.

I'll bet finding that hook was harder than looking for arrows.

I guess you could anodize, if you have the inclination. Might be marginally easier to find.

I used bright red finger nail polish on mine just so I could find them.
