its rained for two weeks and is raining right now, maybe a break this weekend.
Hopefully this cooler weather coming in this weekend will dry out the area as it would be a nightmare to hike in these conditions. We've had a bit over 10" of rain in the last week alone so it may take a while to dry out.
The rain has made for some interesting hiking conditions. Looks like it's finally going to start feeling like winter around here. Or at least as much like winter as it ever does here in the south.
