    Ya'll r Causing this

I have only been into this hamock gig for a short time, and learn something new every day when I log on.

This section is always full of good ideas and techniques.
A few months ago, I never thought I would do this,,,,,,

I wouldn't dare post this on some of the other forums that I am on........

    But,,,,,,,,,,, ummmmm,,,,,,,, ummmmmm,

I ummmmm,,,,, got a sewing machine yesterday,,,,,,,,,

The last time I used something like this was about forty years ago,,,,( my grandmother had one that had a fan belt set up,) man,,,, these things have changed,,,,,

I did feel funny buying thread and pins yesterday,,, but I am sure that feeling will soon pass......

    shewwwww,,, ok,,, I feel better.

Yeah...all it took was one trip to Hancock Fabrics to make me realize, I really don't have an inner chick.

My outer chick can't inject thread to make my gear, so I had to do it myself. Why didn't I find out about that before the wedding?

I have been doing things by hand for tooo long,,,,,,,

Seriously,,,, My first mini project was adding some tie outs onto a Dri Ducks poncho last night....

That was after I played with some old t-shirts to get used to " injecting thread"

When I checked out,,, there were several ladies in the line,,,,, and one asked if I was Christmass Shopping early,,,,,,,,of course I said yepp......

    HE HE HE HE!

When I started sewing, um,,, thread injecting, 40 years ago I would be the ONLY male in the fabric store actually shopping. Yea, there were guys there holding their wives stuff, desperately trying to look like they weren't there.

Now, I have been there when my wife was the only shopping female. The times they are a changing.

You are aware that you can't turn back now right? Too late for you!
