Clark Hammocks? Thinking about a NX-270.

Hello all! I've been considering adding a Clark NX-270 to the collection and am wondering if anyone has any feedback on that model or similar model from Clark. I'm curious as to how comfortable and roomy they feel compared to say the WBBB XLC or something from Dream Hammock. I would appreciate any feedback.

I have a NX 250 and a WBBB (not XLC). Totally different hammocks.

The Clark is my dedicated winter hammock. The sides are held out from my body by the poles. The sides are pretty high up, stopping wind from getting in on cold winter nights. And tha'ts before deploying the weathershield, which locks in body heat. Combined with the z liner, which you can attach and forget about, its like a winter palace. And your right, its super roomy in there, making it easy to wrap the TQ around you and move around even when wearing multiple layers. I sleep pretty much on my back in it.

The WBBB is my summer hammock. Very flat laying and very comfortable...the fabric feels much lighter than the clark, which works for me on hot nights. No where near as much room inside it as the clark, but I don't need it because i"m usually in shorts and t shirt. I sleep on my side in this one.

The lay is no where near similar to the other but they both serve their purpose well.

I have the Tropical and a TX-250 both great hammocks, the extra room in the Tx-250 is very nice. Easier to sleep said ways and the extra room created by the plots is great. Get Como!

Here's my overview and review of the Clark TX250. This is my goto hammock when camping on short hikes (< 3 miles), I have a WBBB 1.0 that is 3 lbs lighter for longer hikes.

I love my Clark nx-250. It's one of my favorites! Sometimes light and simple isn't the best. I've had mine to -17f and an glad I didn't have any of my other hammocks. Super comfy, roomy, and versatile!!!

I have an NX-270 I will sell. Used it twice. Also have the Clark matching tarp and UGQ Zeppelin under quilt. I am selling because I bought a WBRR that I like. Clark is made extremely well but I like the RR style.
