Very frustrating day.... Bass pro shop has a Jet Sled Pro sale for $15.40 !!!! Unfortunately they are completely out of stock in store and online and back ordered at the warehouse. I couldn't find a single one under $30 online so i ended up biting the bullet and getting one on Amazon. It was just under $50 including shipping :-(
Wouldn't normally spend that but i want to make sure i have enough time to get everything setup and tested.

Grilled turkey, that's funny. The legs unscrew so I can fit it flat in the sled. I'm not sure what food to bring this year but when I figure it out I'll make sure to get it posted.

This is on my list to attend. Got my hot tent built and tested. Going to bring some bacon cupcakes and bacon. Hoist lake this weekend.

Ok I've made up my mind I'll make venison stew.
Well, I think I have my system all set to go. Friday night is supposed to get down to 12F so my plan is to give it a test run in the back yard. I will have my underquilt, my 15 deg. Marmot bags zipped together around the hammock and a down overquilt. That and my hammock has a tent around it to keep the wind out. I am hoping it will be toasty warm.
