    I'm Official Now!

Ordered a WB XLC DL 1.7 and top cover while I was at it.

Picked up a Super Fly and ArrowHead New Rive UQ from last years black Friday sales.

So get ready for a ton of questions I'm sure!

Thinking about a set of Dutch Stingerz for the tarp?

Go ahead and order them. Dutch has probably shipped them already.

    Enjoy Yours.
My wallet didn't like Dutch's sale, but I will enjoy the goodies I ordered, including a 11' Hammock.

Congratulations. I too ordered the WBBB XLC, but recently ordered TQ and UQ from Wilderness Logics. The only dilemma I have now is what to do for a drip stop on the suspension since it came with whoopie slings directly attached to the gathered ends. I'm THINKING about buying a 50' lengths of Red and Blue Amsteel and making continuous loops for the ends (I know that should only take up about 2ft of the material, but I NEED the remainder of it for I know not what). I'll then connect the continuous loops (Red for the head end, Blue for the shoe end) to the whoopie slings via Dutch biner. I'd be interested to hear of any other mods you make once you get some practice.

    That's some good gear!

I recently got a BB XLC myself (no top cover though, don't really need it where I camp) and I'm about to order a Superfly.
I have a Hammock Gear 20 degree UQ, so warm!

Dutch Stingerz sound like a good idea, I might order a couple myself.

I just thought while I was spending money and the top covers are made to the specific hammock I'd just add it as well.
Dutch order going in today. Its only money!

You could think about Whoopie Hooks (instead of biners) for the connection. Small and easy to use. One way would be to disassemble the spliced eye on the WS, put the hook on, and reassemble. It's not that hard to take splicing apart. Or, it may be possible to larkshead (girth hitch) the hook to the spliced eye if you are reluctant to take the end of a WS apart. I know the hole is big enough on a Double Hammock WH to do this but I'm not sure about the hole size on a regular WH. You could ask Dutch. Another, slightly less elegant, option would be to put the WHs on the new CLs you're going to make.

One more thought came to mind: Dream Hammock's Multi Buckles would accomplish the link. RSBTR has a couple pair left at a big discount.

Yep, I put in an order to Dutch yesterday, he has already shipped it!
I also put in an order to Warbonnet - hoping to have my Superfly soon.
And an order to 2QZQ - there is a lead time, but I'll be getting an underquilt protector when they can get it out to me.

Switching from tents to hammocks certainly sucks up some dollars, but being comfortable is something I'm willing to pay money for.

From Dutch I'm getting some stuff including the pole mod for my Superfly tarp, looks pretty good IMO.
