    I see, so like a bed, most firm support is not always the most comfortable. And lightweight doesn't always mean less firm. Yeah it's not simple is it. Thank you guys!

    I agree with both the above about the stretch. One of my SLD is the 64" 1.1 oz digital marpat and it has more stretch and is every bit as comfy, but I don't like the fabric nearly as much as the hexon or hyper D wide. If you can, go to a hang and see what you like best.

    Due this post I called Jared and asked what the material was that I've ordered for my Tree Runner SL 1.6 oz 12 ft x 65 inch. He said HyperD XL. It's actually the only wide fabric available in 1.6 oz at this time.

    Yeah I'm in Newcastle, Australia, but maybe there are still hangs in this neck of the woods. I'll have to look that up for sure.

    You will like the Hyper D XL I like mine, it's got a nice feel against the skin. Not at all like the 1.1 Digital Marpat
