For those of you who have ordered a tarp from MWG, how long was the wait from date of order to date of receipt?

That was my understanding too. I've also heard that cat cuts are used to save a few ounces on the weight of the tarp.

I making my own tarp from the Membrane silpoly from Ripstop. But its going to be a lot bigger then the monster, 14' x 15' three sections wide and 14' at the ridge line. Similar in layout to the monster though. I'm hoping that I'll be able to stand up in it with it staked to the ground. We'll see...

Well assuming that 6' at the ridge line is enough for you to stand up in, you'll have to pitch at about a 37 degree angle. Which is about 4.5 feet from centre to where you stake it down. Which gives you 9 feet of width inside the tarp. Not too shabby!

I have a Monster on the way as well. I requested the PU4000 and some other goodies too. Can't wait to get mine. I get home everyday and anxiously check the mailbox. One day it will be there. Guess I need to get an order in with Dutch too.

Put my order in on Oct 28th. I added some skins... I mean "weather protectors" too so that will add some time.
I would rather be in the woods... my dog would rather be in the pool. My wife thinks we are both nuts.
